How do I book?

Custom Color is ideal for new clients or anyone unsure which service fits their goals. We’ll finalize everything during your consultation.

I’m new — what should I book?

Yes- a few ways, actually. Consultations are built into all services to ensure we’re aligned before starting. If you'd like to connect before booking, I offer a complimentary virtual consultation form. For extensions, or anyone who wants to meet in person first, an in-person consultation is available to book prior to your first appointment. 

Do you offer consultations?

Yes- tape in and hand-tied wefts using Philocaly Hair, a stylist-only line made from 100% single donor remy hair. Every set is custom built- color matched, depth matched, and cut to blend. Maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks. 

Do you offer hair extensions?

All appointments are booked online through my booking link. If you’re unsure what to choose, Custom Color is the best place to start.

How do I book extensions?

An in-person consultation is required before your first appointment. Book through the consultation link. 

Appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subjected to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify me if you're running behind. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be modified to fit the remaining time- or your appointment may be cancelled and subject to a full cancelation fee.
Your time is valued here. So is mine, and so is the client after you. 

Late Arrival

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
A card on file is required to book all appointments.
These policies allow me to provide focused, unrushed appointments for every client.

Can I bring someone with me?

Love Note is a private studio-appointments are reserved for you and you alone. No additional guests please, including children. 

This keeps the space focused, calm, and entirely yours.
